Rates

Base fee rates for 2012 are:

Hourly ad hoc	£95
Day rate - home office	£500
Day rate - UK client site/office	£750
Day rate - overseas	£900
Daily standby rate	£400

Expenses incurred in the course of performing the services are charged at cost, typically:

• Accommodation: 3 star minimum.
• Subsistence: As receipted (subject to a maximum £50/person/day in the UK).
• Travel: £0.45 per mile by company car; hire car minimum group E.
• Public transport: Second class for journeys under 5 hours, business class (or equivalent) for longer; journey time taken as door to door and includes check-in and transfer/stop-over times.
• Other: as agreed.

Fixed fee work is welcome - by negotiation.

VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added to all invoices, as applicable.
